1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services
Agustin Contractors LLC provides home improvement and related contracting services. All project scopes, schedules, and pricing shall be outlined in a written contract (“Work Agreement”) signed by both parties.

3. Quotes and Payment

  • Estimates are based on information available at the time; final pricing may vary for unforeseen conditions.

  • Payments are due per the schedule in the Work Agreement. Late payments may incur interest as specified therein.

4. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship to be free from defects for five (5) years from project completion. This warranty covers installation errors only and excludes damage from natural causes, misuse, alterations, or owner-supplied materials. Warranty claims must be made in writing, and you must provide access for inspection.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information and property access.

  • Secure any necessary permits or approvals, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Ensure that utilities are available and safe for our work.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agustin Contractors LLC’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Agustin Contractors LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and the Work Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
