WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Agustin Contractors LLC warrants that, for a period of five (5) years from the date of project completion, all work performed by Agustin Contractors LLC will be free from defects in workmanship. This warranty covers only failures directly resulting from installation error and does not apply to damage or deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, fire, floods, earthquakes, acts of God), nor to materials supplied by the client. If a workmanship defect becomes evident during the warranty period, the client must notify Agustin Contractors LLC in writing and allow reasonable access for inspection. Upon verification of a covered defect, Agustin Contractors LLC will, at no additional cost, repair or replace the affected work to meet the original performance standards. This warranty is non-transferable and void if the work is modified or misused after completion.
