CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

Receive $100 by referring a friend!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the form or have your friend contact us for a free estimate.

  2. We’ll keep an eye out for the request.

  3. When your friend signs an agreement for a new project, we’ll give you $100.

Eligibility and rules:

  1. New customer requirement
    The referred party must be a new Agustin Contractors customer.

  2. Who can refer

    The referrer does not need to be a previous Agustin Contractors customer. Referrers must be individuals 18 years or older. Businesses, property managers, and insurance companies are not eligible for referral rewards.

  3. One-time credit per new customer

    Referral credit is available only once per new customer. A single prospective customer cannot be claimed by multiple referrers; the first valid referral received via the online form will receive credit.

  4. Household exclusion

    Referrers may not refer someone living in the same household.

  5. How a referral becomes qualified

    The referrer must complete the online referral form. The referred party must sign an agreement to hire Agustin Contractors within 30 days of when the proposal is presented. Only then will the referral be considered qualified.

  6. Payment amount and tiers

    Standard reward for a qualified referral: $100 gift card (choice of Home Depot, Amazon, or prepaid Visa).

  7. IRS reporting

    Any total referral payments to a single person that exceed $600 in a calendar year will be reported on a Form 1099 as required by law. For details and to download the form, visit the IRS website.

  8. Miscellaneous

    Agustin Contractors reserves the right to verify referrals and to deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. Referral rewards are subject to program terms and applicable law.
